Im in a very big dilema on deciding my handlebar setup. I am in the process of getting a new steering stem (probally a houser or tag) and a new set of Protaper 1 1/8 diameter bars. my question is how would you determine what length stem and bend you would want? I race xc and on my 400ex i have setup i just bought the stem and bars and rode it like it was even though i wasnt for sure it was "fit" for me. I know that the height of the bars is a factor on fatiuge, but i dont want to send all kind of $$$ to mix and match a setup. by the way this is for my 450r thats in the process of being setup for xc also. right now everything is stock until ups arrives and i order some more stuff.
