Easiet way to remove Roll Design lower arm bearings

Whats the easiest, cleanest way to remove the bearings?

Have you tried a sliding hammer with different pullers that might work or tap'em out lighty with a small punch. If that dont work you may have to press them out IDK.

You getting them ready for PC?

When I had my arms PCed by Pappy, he used a hydraulic shop press to get them out. They press out from the top btw. You can try the old hammer and socket method but i've never tried on these bearings before.

I used a hammer and socket on my arms... works fine.
