If they are both the same kind of tire wich one would be faster a 20in or 22in

larger tires- slower acceleration, more top end speed

smaller tires- faster acceleration, less top end speed.

Just like Juggalo said. Keep in mind also, (same make tire), the taller the tire, the heavier it will be.
