You may also need to send the damaged swingarm back to DRR for evaluation.

what about broken pipes? On my sons 90, it broke off clean where the flange meets the silencer.
He dont race, but probably rides it similiarly.

Contact your dealer of purchase and have them process your request...

There were some 90 pips w/o support on the staright part that runs into the silencer.

I just did & he said since it was out of the warranty period, I needed to contact drr myself.
I can get it welded, it really isnt a big deal, but they improved the pipe after my "early run" quad came out. I got the one with the bad pipe & the baby size mikuni carb.
I wish you guys were in Florida when I needed one.
Oh well I will still buy another one, in about 2years I will be in the market for a pink 90. see you then.

BTW, this is my 3rd DRR. I have an old school 50 for my daughter right now & the new 90. My son started on a 2002 50, it was bulletproof for 4 years!

hers is also a 2002. I found a place that was selling out of them & it was in a crate still 2yrs ago. I only paid $700 for it. These are the older ones that were made by herchee. They were also sold as Bombardier & Arctic Cat from 2002-2004. They were not as wide as the drx
