You're jetted way too rich for an 06.

You're jetted more for an 04-05 carb.

I don't know ur elevation or what the temps are like over there this time of year. But u most likely need a mainjet in the range of 165-170.

An HRC needle and #55 leak jet will also help it run cleaner.

Everything the HRC kit has should be right on par.I would say i highly recommend an adjustable fuel screw.Who told you to run that rich.Maybe a 168 tops on the main but in the Australian climate weather leaning it out shouldnt be a problem.I ran the HRC leakjet, main and needle all summer for 2 years without a single problems!!!;) Till winter then i needed to make airfuel mixture adjustments to kill the off idle bog...

While u have it apart might as well throw in an HRC needle and #55 leak jet.
At least the leak jet.

But ya middle clip on the needle is fine.

Whats are the temps out there like this time of year?
And whats ur elevation.

temp this time of year is 25-30c and elevation 25m above sea lev. everyone talks about 55 leak jet so that sounds a safe bet.
