What to do?

I have just joined this site first off. I havent been ride to long. So i have a 400ex and blew it up in the fall so i went out and bought a stage 2 hot cam and a 440 bore kit havent installed anything yet. So my questions are what kinda exhaust should i get and i have read that the 450r carbs have been used. Any help you be get. I do alot of trail riding.

I love my sparks pipe. Ive had the x-4 and now have an x-6 and they are both great. I also have a 39mm fcr and love it but the 450 carb would be great too and they are cheaper.

wherer can i put up a cheap carb and pipe at? i think iam going to go with either a hmf or fmf

If your getting a 440 big bore, then get an curtis sparks x-6. would be best choice IMO.
