what's the best exaust for a 400ex

i have a stock 400ex and want to get alittle more hp.. i was going to start with a pipe but i want to get the most for my money. i onlt want to spend around 300

The best cost to performance pipe is probably the HMF sport slip on. Seems to give you the most performance at a reasonable price.

X2 HMF gives you 1 of the highest gains yet is one of the cheapest priced exhaust you can buy.

yes the hmf are a good price. is it required the jet the carb? and what does a spark aresstor do?

yea u have to rejet.. and a spark arrestor catches sparkes from coming out of the end of the pipe. hmf isnt close to be the best pipe but for the money it is a good price for the power it gives u
