Im sorry guys this is like the millionth post ive had about this but i just wanna get my bike running. It has a fresh piston and rings, carb is cleaned, has spark, gas i just dont no what it is. If you have any ideas let me know thank you.

It must be your timing if you have spark and gas, you could also check your valve clearance,
Are you sure the piston is in correctly? they do fit backwards but will hit your vavles..
I would double check your timing, be positive its on perfectly on your compression stroke.
If you have your stock cam you need to make sure you have your decompression lever on correctly, if you removed the spring you also have to remove the lever from the cam.......:D

sounds like its the timing check the stater an stater pin. or its low comp

hmmm..... from reading your other posts, did you ever get the right piston yet?? the part number should be 786MO5400. thats what piston i put in my 01 KTM 125SX, and i ran the second thickest base gasket in my kit.
