front bumper

Hey guys. Awhile back one of my friends saw this front bumper for a yamaha raptor 700. and he said it had a winch mount on it.. Do any of ya know who would make that or know where to get one? thanks for any replys

I Seen a post on raptorforums about a winch mounted on a 700. Might want to check it out probably find some help there.
