list the kind of axle , the size, a arms, size and pics of both ... i need help chosing how wide i want my 450r for mx racing. Thanks a lot.

well for me with LSR +2.5 arms im sitting exactly at the regulation 50" and with my LSR +3 axle my rear is sitting at 48.5"

what size are they though and how wide is it, thats the info he is looking for so he knows what to get. and maybe help him out by gettin him pics of a still picture of front and rear.

SMC +3 arms(51-52 in wide now because i dont have have 4:1 rims. they will make it 50.)

well the +4 axle is 49.5 and the +3 arms with 4:1 rims is 50

What offset rims and size tires are you using, this all contributes to overall width as well.



Also everyone please note whether you are taking your measurements with you on or off the quad. All width measurements should be taken with you sitting on the quad as it will sit wider in the front with you on it.

i dont have any good pics but i am running + 2+1 a arms for flat track which puts it at 48 and im running +2.5 long travel a arms with pep shocks with 4:1 rims which puts it at 50 i am running a +4 dominator axel which puts the rear at 49.5

Hey Blainkaiser450. arent those stock front wheels your running,well arent the stock wheels 4:1 offset??

No stockers are 10x5.5 and they're like 3:2.5

I am not exactly sure on the overall measurements but I know it is under 50" as I have passed tech at more then one race. It is very close to 50" in front with 4:1 off set, if I run stock off set of 3:2, it is wider then 50"
