PA Motorcycle Liscense

i know when you have your motorcycle permit you cant have any passangers, but when can you get your bike permit? i was just told its 16, is that right? if it is, i get my permit in march, liscense in september, so could i get like a ninja 250 or something small like that and be able to ride all summer?

You have to be 16 to get your MC permit and I'm pretty sure after 3 months you can get you MC indorcement. Yeah get something like a 250cc-500cc as a starter bike.

What ever you do don't get a sportbike as your first bike!!!
