250x jetting

Hey guys a had i friend of mine jet my 91 250x and he put a 150 main jet does anyone know if this is right because its running funny at times the mods i have are uni air filter, and a fmf powercore 4 full exhaust thats pretty much it for the engins do you guys think this jetting is right?

If it is a stock carb, that is way too rich.

If running no airbox lid, or vented lid you'd be around a 132+/-
Lid on about a 128+/-
