service honda has GREAT deals, check them out. and i wouldnt replace anything else in there. if you jsut broke your outer case, but if you broke your inner, and had the extra cash, i would look in to a hotrods stroker crank....

Agree'd service honda has the best prices I've seen for OEM parts.

And when u get it back together check out the Moose polly case savers.
It's the only case saver I've seen that should absorb the impact of a chain w/o ripping the bolts out of the case.
Its molded perfect right to the side of the case.

most builders that get to rebuild an engine can offer prices better than service honda for parts, if they get the work....;)

but since you'll have the engine torn down, you may as well consider a HR +3mm stroker crank install, and a top end overhaul as well.... if its all in your budget...

:D

Been there, done that. And as said above, get a Moose case saver and it shouldn't happen again. I think if I would have had the Moose it wouldn't have happened. The Moose fits perfect!

I paid $40 for mine at a local power sports shop.
They ordered it directly from moose and I had it in a few days.
So any dealer that deals with moose will be able to order you one.

And as far as I know they only come in black.

You might want to try a UPP Polyurethane case saver. This way when your chain is thrown, it absorbs the blow and doesn't just "take" it and bust your bolt mounts or case. Take it for whats its worth but I love this thing on my Zuke!!

Did you put the other factory sprocket cover back on top of the moose case saver? I did but am worried the bolts should be about 1/4 of an inch longer.
