KFX450R shocks?

Would these work on the 400ex?

Im not having luck finding 05 z400 shocks.

The KFX has dual-rate springs and is highly adjustable. Would they lower/same/heighten the ride? Would they be too stiff if i set the settings soft like the 450r shocks?

Just curious. I'd like to upgrade to them.

Why not just pick up a set of 450rs or a set of YFZ front shocks?

450r shocks are a lil more expensive, and have to be revalved/resprung to ride nice. Dont have that money.

yfz shocks lower the ride height too much for my taste.

have you checked ebay? i found a few sets when i was looking for some for my dads 04 z400. also, you'll have to check the length of the kfx450 shocks to see what would happen.

i haven't received the shocks yet but the ad said they were 16 1/4'' long. i will measure them when they get here
