alright guys i just bought a 250r that was blown up and it looked like he was runnin lean.... so im asking for advice here.... the R is an 86 and has boyseen reed valve, lrd full pipe, k&n no lid and im at 1500 ft elevation... anyone have any guess's on jet size's

what carb are you running?

i believe its stock..... its a kehin.... with a tape measure it measures to be about 34mm im also running a 32:1 ratio with oil to gas

start rich and work your way down.... its hard to say but id start 165 or 170. that may be a little rich but being rich never hurt nothing

with a stock carb, i would start out with a 165-170 main, and a 50 pilot. good luck man.
