Size large. I'm 5'10" 175 - 180lbs and it fits me perfect. It was bought brand new before Glamis and only used for the few days we were there. It is still basically brand new and has no issues. I loved wearing it and it was very comfortable. I wouldn't ride without it if I could continue to ride.
