any thing else besides this for performance

i have a 250ex with yosh rs3,no lid,air filter and jets i am thinking about a rev box but besides that what else is there

i have the exact same set up and the tumper racing big bore kit its telling me to get him:p

Port and polish, bore, bigger carb (maybe a 300ex if it works), cam, high compression piston, i dont know if they make a stroker kit for a 250ex.

if you do get a bigger carb. then get an xr200, they guy has a forum about it somewhere in the previous 250ex pages.
