I am pushing my 400 to the limit,, and decided to raise the needle on the main jet.. I was on the third setting with a 170 main.. Now, I raised the needle to the fourth notch, and kept the 170,, When I am MAXED out on the highway, It runs great until you get out of the throttle and back into it very little,, nothing happens till your RPM's come back down, then the quad will run alright again.. I think I got it too rich, Should I drop the jet to a 165 maybe?? Anyway,, help me out,, I am just trying to get another MPH out of it if it is possible without the help of sprockets..
