440 kit?

does anyone know if the 440 kit will make the quad faster or will it just give it more acceleration, cause my friend has a 400 with a pipe and cdi on it and i beat him off the bottom and he gets me a little on the top. thanks for any info.

How much are you willing to spend? What are all your current mods?

Look into the Athena Z435 (or 434, same thing) kit, From what i've read its a very reliable and popular kit. Not that expensive for what you get either.

Also, you might want to look into some Cams before you go bigger bore.

ive already got the 440 kit lol, i was just wonderin if it was supposed to make a difference in speed.

Did you do any research when buying that 440 kit? I hope its not a sleeve kit.

It wont make a difference in top speed maybe 1 mph top. but you'll get there faster obviously.

I got a 440 kit with a wisco piston and full exuast cdi uni filter jetted and it is almost as fast as my guys honda 450r with the hrc kit trails mine out handles him he only takes me in a long run like around 4th gear!!! I walk on my buddies 400ex all day long
