what's the best way to brack the bead

i am going to attemped the change my 20x10x9 tires. last time i had dumas tire do them and they came back bent. what the best way ?

what I do is take the wheel off and lay it in my garage and then I get a 4 foot 2x6 board and lay it over the rubber and carefully drive my s-10 up the board. THis put pressure over the tire and after doing this a few times working the board around the tire it will break the bead. Its isnt easy and takes a while but works.

i was just going to say that is truely the redneck way lol i doit to my utlity wheels n tires it works like he say takes a bit of time unless you have a bud that will spin the tire for ya:D
