Quadtech hood numberplate????

I have been looking everywhere...where can i get number plates printed to fit a quadtech hood exactly...my hood looks just like joe byrds hood in this picture: I want mine to look just like this- http://www.joebyrd.com/images/DSC_8209.jpg
