i know i said heelguards were next on my list but these arent easy to arrange. working on a custom set now, ill post pics when theyre on there.

what i did get around to doing is a budget suspension upgrade. got a set of works shocks for the front and had them rebuilt for my specs.

on the back i put everyones favorite, 01 raptor shock. actually was a ***** to get on. had to remove a small amount of weld material on the frames upper mount to clear the shock body. after doing this the bolt went through no problem. it feels good just pushing on it but again i need a real test soon.

im planning on doing the same thing with a 250r when i get my hands on one! i found one im prolly going to snag up. i talked to the guy the other night and it sounds to swet to be true. 4 gal tank, works tripples in the front rebuilt rear valved for my weight. he was the second owner who has had it for 15 years. comes with all orignal parts special tools he made, 2 sets of tires and rims and 2 gallons of amsoil synthetic 2cycle oil.

oh another thing i wanted to ask you. how does that civic pull that aluminum trailer? im prolly going to trade my truck in on a crv the more the gas prices start to climb.

ebays where i got the mudflaps. its been awhile since ive looked but i dont think they come up too often. just save it to your favorite searches and check often.

as for the trailer, that civic pulled it fine. was sluggish on hills but it was running on 3 cyl. then! a civic or any other 4 banger that was running right would pull it much better. it handled the load just fine though. braked and handled well. total weight is less than 650lbs for the trailer and quad. barely knew it was there!
