im looking to get some extended a-arms for mine and would like to stay standard travel (keep it a little cheaper). Im looking at their +3+1 a-arms since there a-arms are the only ones I can find in a +3 that is standard travel. Are these good a-arms?

Im also putting some Elka recreational front shocks on it set up for a 180lb rider. Should I get the recreationals or the ones with rezzies?

Will this combination be good for jumping? I plan on jumping this thing a good bit and want a solid suspension underneath me. Ill also be going with an Elka rear shock.

I have a set of their +2's nickel plated and they are great. Lots of adjustments which I like. Im only getting rid of them becuase I am building a full CRF race bike. Personally I would go with the ones with compression atleast. It is nice to be able to adjust for different things, deffinately worth the money. I run TCS at the moment and the are a great shock too. A freind of mine runs burgard and elka on his 450r and the work really nice together, nice and soft on landings, not to bad through the whoops. Hope that helps,

Sam

damn i cant wait to get them! So that nickel plated finish, is that hard to keep shiny? Would I have to polish them a lot?

All you have to do I spray water on them haha. If you scrub them with a tooth brush once and a while they keep that new shine.

Mineral,

I'd do some research on Burgard's customer service(or total lack thereof) before running their products. There's plenty of info about it on this site......

Tell me whats bad about burgard? Three of my buddies run them and I am very impressed with them. Anytime I have communicated with them it was very easy.

Like I said, search the site. I've never ran Burgard and never will. I have NEVER seen so many threads about poor customer service as I have with Burgard. I'm sure if you search YOU WILL find many threads about this! I just wanted Mineral to know what he could possibly be getting himself into ahead of time.

Im not trying to be an @$$hole here but hes dealing with me and I would personally choose performance over customer service. I understand what your doing and really appreciate it I just thought you were downing the a-arms, just didnt want Mineral to get the wrong idea.

That's where we're different I guess. I expect both when I buy a product.:ermm:

i love their a-arms and since im not dealing directly with burgard then its ok if their customer service isnt the best. If I need replacement parts, ill look somewheres else:cool:

I agree customer service is important but I would rather buy an awesome product with ok customer service then a bad product from a company with awesome customer service. Just thought I would clarify.
