I have heard that with a 416 or 426 kit you can get a quicker revving engine than with a 440. Motor mods to my 02 ex include a 16 tooth countershaft sprocket, k&n power kit, ct racing airbox/battery box, White Bros. R4 system White Bros. CDI. Considering the fact that I plan to add a full race cam and valves, which kit would produce the quickest rev's and better overall rideable power? :confused:

Have you considered a stock bore higher compression piston? Since you have a 2002 400ex... I think it would be worth looking into. (Less $ too!:) )
