If I buy a used rear shock and its set up for a 175lb rider, and I weight 200lbs. Then I guess I would need to get it revalved? So my question is how much does it cost to get it set up for my weight?

This is just a "guesstimate"... About $50 for a new rear main spring for your weight, and depending on who does it, about $40/$50 for labor/materials (seals, oil, nitrogen, etc.), and ?? for shipping/handling. In short, around $100 or so.

Note: I am sending mine out soon to get serviced. You can call around to find out prices.

BTW... I would try it out before sending it out to get serviced... That way you will know the difference between the two settings... And who knows, you may like the softer rear spring and go back to that one!
