I have a 2001 400ex, all stock besides skids, nerfs, and a K&N air filter. I rarely ever hit 5th gear in my trails, and only occasionly at the sand dunes i ride at about 4x a year. I have heard 14 tooth front sprockets will give u more power, but u will lose a lil top end, but as u can c, thats not a big deal to me, unless its a drastric change. I was also wonderin if i can use my stock chain, or if i can just remove links and put a master link on. Thanks for ur help, and ne suggestions r appreciated
