What shocks will fit a 300ex?

I've been told that that 250r front shocks will work on a 300ex front end. Are there any other shocks that will work on the 300ex(front or rear) to give it better handleing and more travel.

A 2001 raptor rear shock will fit. If you get 250r shocks you need to get 400ex A-arms and tie rods.
