On my Yz134 cylinder wall, a part of the plating wore down, its on the exhaust flange. Its about a half inch long. Do I have to get it replated? Or do you think it would be fine for one more season? I think it's going to have to be replated but 200+ bucks is a lot for me right now. Any help would be great. Thanks!

If it's worn down to the aluminum, then you will have to get it replated. It will just get worse and wear the rings too. If it's not down to the aluminum, then you can lightly ball hone it, and you're good to go.

Yea, shes down to the aluminum. The ring has a slight wear mark where it's flaking. Welp thanks!

u could check on ebay but they prob will only have stock cylinders

replating is about the only thing you can do with it. i had a 03 YZ125 that was stroked, and mine wore out the plating after a few re-ringings lol
