Front SKI'S ?

has anyone ever mounted snowmobile ski's on a 400EX if so how was it done and what did model did the skis come off of .... im just looking for a better way to get around in the snow

do a search i have a theread goin on it i designed a way to do it and am prolly going to finaly get to go get the skis to build it this weekend now that fotball is over. Do a search for "my ski conversion"

the are steel skis that strap over the tires with tie downs
they look good

what keeps them from folding under when the front of the ski dips down?

Have any of u guys seen that DS650 in one of them dirtwheels mag this guy put some skis on his quad and it looked BAD***** i mean man it was like professional work it looked so GREAT i bet he would make alot of money of that setup, he had yellow plastic skis and sand tires on the rear

i saw that pic in DW! that DS was sweet with the lights and all! wow well heres an idea for you guys. its actually a kit you can order for a 250R, 400EX etc. i forget where i found it.
