is the baffle the same thing as the spark arrestor??......and why wouldnt state parks allow quads without spar arrestors??

nooooo. dont do that, just get a spark arrestor and leave it in. if someone says what you just wrote then they'll find out who sold the bike to you and everyone would get in trouble.
