valve job?

i have an 01 300ex and it makes alil valve noise, im gunna adjest it soon but after tht how often sould i check them...btw look at my othe more ergent postings below please and thank you

i would check them after they start making noise again. if it does it often then you need to do a valve job and look at the cam chain and tensioner
