Pro Armor Nerf Problems

Could someone who has the Pro Armor nerf bars with heel guards post up pics of how it mounts in the front at the a arms and in the rear on top of the heel guard. I think I got the wrong bars sent to me :(

The front a-arm bracket mounts to the lower -back a -arm pivot bolt on both sides. There was no mounting for the rear heel guard. It only mounts to the foot peg, a-arm bolts and the bottom of the foot peg.

Ok then Im thinking I got the wrong bars. The ones I have mount in the front lower a arm bolts, the foot peg, and have a third at the back of the heel guards that looks like it should mount to the frame where the factory heel guards mounted to but, its way off on both sides. On the front right side its about 3 inches off from mounting at the a arm but the left side is pretty much dead on.
