450r Trottle?

Hey Pappy, how much would it be to powdercoat a 2004 450r throttle?
Circled in red, Redvien. Circled in black, Super Mirror Gloss White.

to coat the throttle a solid color is $20


i reckon add another $8 to do it in the 2 layer color. (i dont do many in anything other then a solid)

I wish I could do this stuff a bit cheaper, but I have to atleast cover my expenses:p If it is a factory finish on it, it takes me about 30 seconds to blast it, then it gets washed, rinsed, phosphate coated, rinsed, dried, plugged/taped, coated, cured, boxed and shipped....all for $20:p

And if its already coated, you can add a burn off charge on there because those folks like to eat as well:blah:

Ok, so tell me if these are right.
Everything in the first pic in Super Mirror gloss white, and the throttle cover in redvien for $20.
Cluch cover for $15.
Oil filter cover for $10.

$45 for all that exept the kickstart. (not enough money)

Alright, I have decided to do a few more things.

In the bag there is 6 bolts to be Moly coated. Pretty small bolts. I labled everything, Everything that is going on the engine is going to be redvien. Everything to do with the Throttle will be Super Mirror Gloss white except for the Top cover.

no pics:p i have so many jobs in progress that the second they are cool, they are bagged and boxed so that I can keep every part going where it needs to go. I am planning on doing the redvein stuff later in the weekend and by then I should have enough stuiff cleared out to grab a few shots since its of a color that we cant get mixed up with other jobs:p

no honestly i havent.

worked tioll 8pm fridsay night and went from work to the hospital again for my shoulder....

saturday was spent building 2 walls in the shop which forced us to have power on and off all day as the work was preformed

sunday was winds up to 50 mph and power was on and off:ermm:

today was another 18 hour day


tomorrow however is my last day working for someone else....so i can FINALLY do my own damn thing:p sorry for what looks like excuses, but if i could change things i would but sometimes life just steers us in a direction we cant avoid
