MORE Call of Duty 4 problems

Anybody else about fed up with this game? Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love it when it WORKS. Given it is better than it was 3 weeks ago but now I can only play about half the maps. Ambush, district, back lot, and one or two others either freeze at the "Awaiting Connection" screen or lock up on the loading screen.

Oh and I have a PS3. Starting to regret buying one now.

i hate call of duty on line, it freezes everytime i go to private match, but its the game only, my friends have no problem with it.

So you're saying it's the game itself and not the servers again?

well, thats what i believe it to be, my friend who arent far from me, always play it flawlessly. but i know that the system is okay, casue its jsut a few people who experiance problems...

I have it for the xbox 360 and it works just about 90% of the time but there has been a few nights that the servers couldn't handle all the people that were trying to play....it gets kinda annoying thats for sure.

its the servers. They are coming out with a HUGE patch that fixes everything and possibly adds new maps. We have a 30+ page thread on it on svtperformance.com and thats what was said. Its not the PS3's fault

Yeah I guess it could be possible. But before they had all the problems it loaded every map fine. I guess I'm gonna have to find somebody with PS3 and COD4. Hah I'm the only person I know of around here with a PS3.

Alright. Thanks for clearing that up. Just wish they would hurry up because I've been hearing about this patch for months now.

no problem man, i know ive been waiting for it for a long time also (i also have a ps3) ive heard its suppose to come in February but I hope it doesnt take that long.

i think they have made it a bit better, i dont seem to have to wait as long to get in a game. and they added some new maps.

Yeah well like I said it does great on the maps I can play. It just won't load about 4 of them.
