after market tierod ends?

my tie-rod ends are worn out and i would like to replace with a set that mabey had greese zerks. is there any company making them or maybe a cross refrence with a car? thank you.

I wouldn't want ones with grease fittings, just a place for dirt and crap to get access to your joints. Just get OEM sealed ones. Or another sealed type.
