First ATV Fury 2 Tourny Date!!!!

alright, well i promised i'd host a tourny and well im going to keep my end up. im planning a tourny the weekend of thanksgiving so no one should have an excuse why they didnt enter. i'll probably give out some shirts or whatever i can come up with to the top 5 or so riders. we'll have MX one weekend, SX the other, and definatly some sort of fmx, but we wont go by scores, i dont know how i want to do it yet. but we'll figure it out. everyone post a "count me in" post so i can see how many people are interested right now. i want to have at least 20+ entries and make this a fun thing to do on weekends! ok, just post a count me in, thats all i need. im calling wes tomorrow and i'll see if i can get a bunch of H5 copys for the winners ;) SIGN IN!

I'm gonna be at camp on that weekend and there is no land based phone so I cant hook the mofo up. I think the tourneys will be fun and I cant wait to play in some, ONE THING THOUGH, who here has the f'n thing to hook it up to the internet (It's sold out everywhere), and do u run the coax into it or do u have to buy the CAT 5 wire, :confused: :confused: :confused:

What about a Christmas Tourney? Alot more of us will have PSIIs for Christmas along with ATV Off-Road. Dont think I will be able to make Thanksgiving, but #49 is reserved for Christmas. :D

I'm sure when the time comes we'll be having weekly tourneys,,and I will be suggesting about a registration toward the tourney's. Throw in a few bucks,,tally up all the money for a large prize for the overall winner. Of course this would only be for the people that don't complain about tossin in a few dollars toward the site..:rolleyes:

yes you can hook the ps2 up to dialup but you have to BUY the hook up device it does not come with the ps2 game system.

hmm i guess i never thought about the adapter hard to find. might have small turn outs till after christmas. well when i played mcm2 and mxm online we had an actuall format to follow. dates on which races, points system and everything like that. each winner on the race recieved smith goggles or oury grips then the final top 5 series leaders recieved money. we'll figure something for sure, this will be alot of fun!

yea i think that this site should have races scheduled and keep track of a tournament and evreyone should put in a 5 dollar entry fee so that at the end of the tournament the winner can get a prize like a 200 dollar shopping spree to one of our site sponsors stores. i also think that ben should arrange this because he is the owner of the site, and he can also make some money out of it. i am only suggesting this so it all up to Ben.

i am gonna get the game tommarow if walmart has it but the hard part is gonna be that adaptor i have been to 5 different places in the past week and all is sold out. The guy at our mall said somthing about right now sony has 1 adaptor for every 10 ps2 they sold. Your wrong about not a lot of people playing....When I play Socom online there are like ATLEAST 10 rooms full of people to the max with 255 people. They are not hard to come by around here.

I just picked up my game about 3 hours ago. I love it. The only thing is it don't have craptors, z400's, and some of the cannondales. But it's still awesome. i only got it the duncan 250r and ct440ex so far i think im gonna get the lonestar 250r next....the only bad thing about online is some of them people suck really bad and you can beat them by like 35 secs

hey guys, i dont actually have a ps2 or offroad fury 2 but ive played it, i about beat the game in one night. I will try to get my freind over so we can try to woop some arse. Ive got the trinity banshee, c-dale/patriot, duncan, the 250r look alikes and the ct 400ex. If i get this too work out, can i use a cable modem and i want to use my toby300ex name.

you can only use 8 letters in your name, and you can only have a two digit number, and it wont let you put a 0 before your number, cuz my real race number is 03 and when i put it in it comes out just 3, so everyone just imagine im 03;)

no there is very much lag, sometimes the other player kinda jumps from spot to spot but its not that bad.

ive got gold metals in everything but the enduro and freestyle ones now. i have every quad except the last two. :devil

aight all you do is take a line from a phone jack and put it into your ps2, it has nothing to do with the computer, even though you have to put in the number that the computer dials for the net. the ps2 logs on to the internet by itself. you cant be playing the game on the net, and be on the net with your computer at the same time, that sucks. i dont know anything about cable, i have dial-up.
