oil change ??????????

i have just purchased a 02 400ex just wondering if there 2 oils to change or 1 as in oil and tranny, just wondering cause have not looked yet and my buddy has an 05 trx 450r and it has 2 oil spots thanks

on a 400ex theres only 1 place to change oil

well under the engine on the left side and under the oil tank both of thows work

There is only one oil and it's filled at the tank but it needs to be draind from two locations. Bottom of the tank and there's a bolt below the shifter. Don't forget to change the filter too.

Make sure not to put the filter in backwards.
