Solve it for "y".

y=49/x

If you can't graph that right away by recognizing the pattern, then make yourself a table.

When X=1, Y=49.

When X=2, Y=24.5

When X=3, Y= 16.333

When X=4, Y=12.25

With enough data points, you can sketch the line. Remember to include the negative values of X as well.

thanx but its not suppose to make a line it is suppose to make a hyperbola.

y=49/x is a hyperbola.

a 'line' doesn't have to be straight :p

I'm trying to help you out, but if you insist on the grammatical technicalities:

"With enough data points, you can sketch the curve."
