Only runs with hot start pushed...

My buddy has a 06 R and it will only run with the hotstart button pushed in. Any ideas guys? Thanks

the hot start leans your fuel mixture, it sounds like it is getting to much fuel

Is the choke on?

eh, my r did his before i took it apart. Couldnt figure it out, then again i didnt worry about it much. Then i checked teh valves and they were 2 shims off in adjustment. I think this was the problem.
