need help quick!!!! please read

lol, now that i've got your attention i really do need help quick. i will be putting my cam in on saturday at my shop (i work at a dealer!!!) i would really appreciate some jetting help. i would really like to k now where i should be at with a stock carb. my mods are as follows..

2000 400ex
T4 pro-circuit exhaust full system including header
K&N X Stream lid (really good product..)
K&N filter
Pre-filters for both
a Stage 1 Hotcam...

Really just want some direction as to where to start. any help would be greatly appreciated..!!

The cam might not change ur jetting too much. my jetting was fine after i installed my cam. I adjusted my valves when i installed the cam and once after break in. All the other times i have checked them the valves were in spec. The valves are noisy even when in spec so dont worry will be ok.
