Has anyone tried it on a frame? I have seen all sorts of applications for Rino, but never a frame........my buddy has his truck bed sprayed, and the crap is tough as nails........and come in a few different colors.......my thinking is, it will last alot longer than powder coat...........I'm thinking outside the BOX, and might give it a try.

It would probably work well but it might be quite a bit heavier. It would be pretty cool

i did my nerf bars and front bumper in rhino lining

ive hit a few trees with the nerfs and bumper ..still looks like the day it was finished...realy its not all that heavy only problem you will have is drilling out the holes in the frame took me 30 mins to do my nerfs and bumper

Bed liner is okay for nerfs, bumpers etc.. but I wouldn't do it on the frame. It will cause fitment issues where the a arms, swingarm and other parts bolt on. Plus you will have to make sure any places where you need a good ground are free of any bedliner. If you want a black frame it would be better to PC it in stealth black...I'm betting the cost would be about the same as well.

i wouldn't do it. when you put brackets and plastics and other misc things won't fit right. even with the thinner pc there is occasional fitment problem much less the thick rhino line stuff.

what about a arms..since you cant PC stock arms could you rhino line them? If you sanded the shocks mounts and what not and plugged the bolt holes could you do them?

You could but you would have to make sure not to get any on the a arm pivot bushings and the shock mount. Some careful masking should make it work. If you get any on the mounting points it is going to make the a arms bind.

ya they have red blue and black

with the a arm things tape off the parts where you dont want the rhino line ( pivot points) and then when they are done go back and paint the un lined areas black

I like the a- arm, nerf & bumper idea. you can get a quart of duraliner at auto zone for about $30.
