i'm thinking of getting a hunting/camp truck and i found this one its an 84 dodge 360 4 speed does any one know how reliable these trucks are. its an older truck so i'm sure it should last another 100,000 miles or more and what is the gas milage i'm going to guess about 13mpg thanks

Any old truck will be very reliable to you as long as it wasn't beat to death, the old dodge 318's ran great, if it has a 360 its even better, if properly tuned and running good they should get anywhere from 12-17 mpg depending on how you drive it. I'm more of a chevy guy myself though hah

My buddy has the same truck, except it's a 1-ton with a diesel. It takes a beating. He's hard on vehics. and this one has lasted him quite awhile. It is started to rust out though, thanks to all the salted roads here in PA.

Yeah, when I was in Highschool one of my friends had a truck just like that and it ran great. Had something like 140k it.

those were real good trucks, 318 was a super good motor.

They actually knew how to build a REAL TRUCK back then, any older truck will last a lifetime. Better than these dainty machines they build today.
