You could i suppose, with some heat and maybe a portapower, however i would not reccomment it becuase heating metal makes it weaker. Just buy a new axle. You can find them real cheap on ebay if you want a stock one, or you could get an aftermarket one for aroun 200. Replacing an axel assuming your carrier is still good maybe takes 45 minutes

My dad and I have straightened 2 bent axles using a press (the jack style). One was off a Honda 4x4, which was very bent but went back easily. The other was off a Raptor, which wasn't bent very badly but difficult to straighten. The Raptor axle never was quite straight so I bought a G-Force to replace it. You can straighten them if you are patient and have appropriate tools, but it's difficult to get it "perfect."

in a pinch you can straighten them, but it won't last. I had one straightened so i could ride that weekend and by the end of the weekend i had bent it again.

Why pay $75 to have a axle streightend when it will only bend again? Once you bend then they will always bend in that spot again at less you never jump it again. You can pick up stock axles for like $40.
