i have just brought i new 06YFZ. i have only put 5 hours on it and all the plastics are scratched. i think this is because of my knees when you have to lean into the corners. has this happened to any of you guys.

what do you do about it. is there a good polish to buy or scratch remover. :ermm:

Just scrub the poo out of it the next time you wash it. The rear fenders on my raptor are past the point of no return and I've tried everything to preserve them. If you wash it really well, try different polishes or a light coating of WD40 to shine it up a little.

The dealer sells clear number plate stickers that come in sheets like 16x24? clean plastic and cover areas that your knees ,boots etc hit, also good for stickers.

WD-40 is the best thing that I have found to spray on plastic

if it had clear coat on it you could buff out light scratches.. good thing about painting atvs.
