Well were getting a new skatepark here on staten island and i was at my friends house who is actually designing it and i seen him using this program called "Sketch Up". So i downoaded it and gave it a shot. this is basically our EXACT skatepark that we have now. took me a while to make it but its fun. You can make anything from a house to a bench.. Its free check it out on google.com

lmk what u think.. i know its not PERFECT but pretty good for my first big project

I hear it's pretty user friendly too. I have Pro/E, which is a 3D modeling program and it's very complicated to use. I just saw some other stuff from SketchUp last week that was pretty awesome:

dam that looks cool, yea its not too bad if u just watch some vids.. pretty straight forward.

I've been using Auto-cad for the past 5 years to do my modeling. It's a pain in the *** sometimes but it gets the job done. :p
