How about a 12 gauge? lol checked cap? checked air in lines? make sure use dbl 00 buckshot. kidding Do you have too much fluid in reserve tank, OK check your fan make sure its working. only playing about the 12 should use a 10.

i'm thinking more high powered rifle, fan is working it blew the hose from reserve tank to rad. fluid level is between max and min in the reserve tank if head gasket was blown could this cause air in the water system

Is it smoking more than usual(not you)from the exhaust. Did you check for a leak coming out from the front of the header?

I was just talking to a guy at my dealership about that and he said that the coolant levels go up and down from heat. So if its overfilled then it would cause to much pressure. Thats why you only should fill it about 3/4 the way. Hope that helps.

i have worked on a scrambler before. it would get hot really fast, temp light would come on and would blow off the overflow hose out of the rad. it turned out to be a blown head gasket. and PS, i thought it was pretty fast too lol.
