Do these arms have heim joints or ball joints? If ball joints---what condition? Do they come with tie rods and tie rod ends?

hey man i tried to pm you again to let ya no whats going on but your pm is full i messed up with the auction it end in like 23 hours so if you can atleast hold them for me till tom so i can see what happens with that i would appreciate it but you said some thing about the powder coat how much more to have them repowder coated if i get out bidded i will purchase these thanks
