Sf racing.....

is starting to piss me off. about 3 weeks ago they said "your shocks will be there in a few days"..... no shocks. the next week, same thing. last week.... "they will be there friday or saturday. STILL NOTHING. it's not the wait that bothers me, its the fact that they keep lieing(sp), getting my hopes up, and they dont come!! anybody else have problems with them?

Seth called my buddy Friday and said his were being shipped out that morning, and he should have them Tues. Well it's Tuesday, no shocks, and Seth won't answer the phone or return messages.... If you're not as good as your word, you ain't poop......

yea. seth is awsome to me, great with shock setup, hes a busy guy, hes moving right now so give him some slack guys.

yea theres no doubt he a nice guy... and yea he's definately busy. he's told my dad over the phone that he is and he has apologized about not returning calls and what not. but still, if it's gonna be a month and a half, tell us it's gonna be a month and a half, not a couple weeks. we ordered these things november 29th.

Seth treats me well with my shock service. I was leaving on a thursday for a national, drove to his house wednsday night for a rebuild, on the spot! Blew a shock at a WPSA, rebuilt it between moto's in his trailer.

I wouldn't worry about it, SF will get ya taken care of.

seth is a hell of a guy! this is a bad time of year to be getting shocks! everyone and their brother is ordering new ****! he doesn't build the shocks there, wayne does so he's prolly telling u what wayne is telling him! like zack said he is also moving so its prob pretty crazy around the shop. im sure he's just as pissed as u r about getting ur shocks!

You'll get your shocks, dont worry. He is probably backed up now with the winter rebuilds and with him moving hes a busy guy.

I also agree, I only order my suspension products through seth at SF racing, great guy and he knows what he is doing...

what kinda of shocks are they? I know you're pissed off but its not SF Racing's fault, they are getting the shocks from somebody else that is taking longer and lieing to them. For example, if you're getting PEP's its Wayne Mooradian that is you're problem. So, I know its hard cause that's who you're dealing with, but you really can't get mad at SF Racing. And be glad you're not dealing with Wayne directly!

yea there PEP's and yes, ive heard about wayne lol. we got ahold of seth and he got ahold a wayne and told him, when(or if) he ships the shocks, ship them DIRECTLY to us.:rolleyes:

Yeah Seths a great guy. You'll get your shocks and after the first ride you'll completly forget about the wait time.
