300ex wont charge

I need a little help my 1998 300ex wont charge the battery i was wondering if it could be the altinator or some other problem

is the battery any good???

cause on my kfx400 my battery died so i roll started it and it did not get a charge after i rode it around the yard for 15 minutes.
i put it on charge for 3 hours and still nothing.

i bought a battery the next day. it worked perfectly. the quad charged it like its suposed to. so its most likely to be ur battery.

Take the battery up to walmart and have them do a battery test on it.

Odds are if you've let the battery run down several times, or 1 time for an extended period of time, the battery very well may be shot. It doesn't take much to ruin these batterys.

I always leave mine on a float charger (battery tender) when not riding.
