IM looking for one of the aftermarket clutch covers. I really like the hinson but they are 500 dollars. does anyone know of a cheaper that looks just as sick??

i was looking for somthing like that too. maybe the xr cover would fit? but i think they wouldn't fit the ex basket

i thought the clutch basket assembly is the same on the ex and xr? i think the only problem would be the kickstart on the xr cover.

no i think the basket is a bit shorter on the xr. but i know the xr has a kicker

If you are looking for JUST the cover (not internal clutch components) there is one on Ebay right now for $259.

thats just the cover for the basket not the hole side cover

FYI I just swapped out a complete clutch set up from a XR400 and it works fine, Hinson basket, inner hub pressure plate and EBC EP clutch pack and springs, was gonna swap out cases too, but it wont work, my EX side case is once piece and the XR is 2 piece with a hole for the kick starter.
